MELTING SNOWMAN COOKIE BALLS – HOLIDAY COOKIE EXCHANGE #christmas

INGREDIENTS

• One package OREOS
• One Package Mini OREOS
• Three packages white melting chocolates or chocolate chips
• One package 8 oz Cream Cheese, Brick, Softened
• Decorating Icing or Gel

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
2. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer in shallow pan
3. Refrigerate 20 min
4. Dip balls in melted coating; place in shallow waxed paper-lined pan, allowing excess coating to pool at bottom of each ball
5. Decorate with a Mini OREO Hat and Icing Face
6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm
7. Keep refrigerated
