Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200g turkey bosom steak, cut into strips
- dress chilly flakes
- 1 red and 1 yellowish flavorer, deseeded and cut into strips
- 3 outpouring onions, clipped and sliced
- 1 avocado, inebriated, peeled and sliced
- handful coriander leaves
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted and halved to spatiality pockets
- 2 tbsp off cream
Method
- Passion the oil in a wok or largest cooking pan and fry the flop and chilly flakes for 5-6 mins. Add the peppers and springiness onions and stir-fry until the dud is done but the peppers console hump compression. Season.
