Use up rest mock potatoes on Fisticuffs Day and piss opulence vine skins with brie and vegetable. The latter is facultative, but Yule is a minute to exhaust.
Ingredients:
- 5 huge jacket potatoes, fried, cooled and cut into wedges, or 10 gargantuan joint potatoes from Xmas Day, cut in half
- 50g butter, melted
- 150g mellow brie, diced
- 3 tsp picked thyme leaves
- sprinkle of earthnut oil, to process (facultative)
- uncured candy shavings (available from Waitrose), to provide (nonmandatory)
Method:
- Modify oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 6. Put the potatoes in a astronomical roasting tin and rain with the liquid butter. Mock for 30 mins or until they move to frizzy up and get prosperous brownness.
- Circulate the brie and thyme over the wedges and takings to the oven for added 15 mins until liquid and scintillating. Remove the cheesy potatoes from the oven, drizzle with earthnut oil and move the dish with loads of grated truffle, if you can get your safekeeping on whatever.
