Lime, chilli & feta butter

Modify BBQ sides with this flavour-packed butter. With a zesty, tasteful and spicy clout, it's perfect fusible over hot whisky on the cob or boiled new potatoes.


Ingredients:

  • 150g butter
  • 100g feta
  • exquisitely grated season of 2 limes
  • 1 finely chopped chile
  • containerful of sliced cilantro leaves
  • tasteful

Method:

  1. Bray the butter until hushed. Tumble over the feta and add the spread season, chilli and shredded seasoning leaves. Play everything unitedly with a minuscule nsaid, then iciness until needed.
