PEANUT BUTTER AVOCADO BROWNIES


Easy and adhesive brownies are swirled with nestling butter on top to work a tasty and healthier edition of one of my choice desserts. Child butter avocado brownies replaces vegetational oil with avocado, creating a creamier texture and these are low in sweeten too! Like this tasty affect without guilt!

There's a residence here in Metropolis, titled Mexican Sugar that has the most awesome aguacate brown cover vital. Ingredients
  • 1 very ripe avocado peeled, pitted and halved
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil at room temp divided
  • 1/2 cup cane or coconut sugar
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate chips or baking chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee optional
  • 1/2 cup fine almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚ and line a 9x9-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add avocado, eggs, vanilla, 2 tablespoons coconut oil (does not need to be melted) and sugar to a food processor and process for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Place the dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. If needed, continue to microwave 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Add the melted chocolate, cocoa, instant coffee, almond flour, baking powder and salt to the food processor. Process for 60 seconds; remove lid and stir. Process for longer if needed until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour batter into the cake pan and smooth our with a spatula.
  5. Microwave the peanut butter for 20 seconds to melt. Spoon the melted peanut butter into three rows across the brownie batter. Use a knife or fork to swirl the brownie batter and peanut butter across the top of the brownies.
  6. Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick can be placed in the center and come out without batter on it. Allow the brownies to rest for 5 minutes and then remove and slice into 16 squares. Enjoy!
